From 21 November onwards, students can apply for financial aid in the first call of Erasmus+ Study Mobility, which is part of the Erasmus+ Programme promoting international student mobility and starts this year. The deadlines for applications for Erasmus+ Study Mobility funding, the call for which began on 21 November, depend on whether you are already on an Erasmus mobility placement abroad or you have a place assigned for the second semester.
These funds, which are designed for bachelor's and master's degree students and students of first- and second-cycle degrees prior to the EHEA, cover from three to a maximum of five months of study at a European university, although these placements can last from three to twelve months.
Students who are already studying abroad in the framework of an Erasmus mobility programme in the first semester or for the whole academic year must apply from 21 November to 10 December.
Students who have been assigned an Erasmus mobility place in the second semester must apply from 7 to 20 January.
The amounts range from 200 to 300 euros a month, depending on the group in which the receiving country has been included. This funding is incompatible with Erasmus.es funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (MECD).
The country groups, requirements, applications and supporting documents that must be submitted can be consulted on the Academic Management Service's page on the Erasmus+ Study Mobility programme.
